Western Culinary Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).

The Associate of Occupational Studies - Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program and the Associate of Occupational Studies - Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking Program are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFFAC). ACFFAC accreditation allows culinary graduates of Western Culinary Institute to receive American Culinary Federation certification points.
