Accreditation by a nationally recognized agency provides assurance that a school is well established and recognized as a quality institution, has adequate facilities and equipment, maintains recognized and approved courses of study, and employs competent, qualified faculty. Western Culinary Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). The Associate of Occupational Studies - Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program and the Associate of Occupational Studies - Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie & Baking Program are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFFAC). ACFFAC accreditation allows culinary graduates of Western Culinary Institute to receive American Culinary Federation certification points. WCI does not imply, promise, or guarantee maintenance of affiliation with any accrediting agency for the duration of the student's enrollment and expressly reserves the right to terminate any such affiliation. Additional accreditation information may be reviewed by contacting the Academic Office.
