Western Culinary Institute is a specialized culinary school. Through career-related programs, as well as instructors who are working professionals, we can provide your child with the skills they need for career opportunities.

Since 1983, WCI has offered students a viable alternative to a traditional liberal-arts education. Because WCI caters to students who learn better in a hands-on environment, we place more importance on passions and dreams than on SAT scores and letter grades in high school.

Our exciting culinary and hospitality program areas are geared towards in-demand careers, and we strongly urge all serious candidates to contact us immediately, as our classes fill up quickly.
