Western Culinary Institute offers instruction in the following Programs:

The programs also teach the theoretical knowledge that underlies competency in these related fields.

WCI endeavors to expose students to the different styles and experiences of the school's instructors, to acquaint students with a wide variety of equipment, and to prepare them for whatever area of the food-service industry they choose to enter.

The school aims to provide basic training in established Le Cordon Bleu cuisine, and pastry and baking proficiencies. All elements of the culinary training follow prescribed American Culinary Federation guidelines.

With this comprehensive training, WCI graduates should be able to function in a variety of food-service organizations that focus on cooking or baking and pastry.
